Occasionally building material dealers find themselves in possession of product that is not currently in great demand. Sometimes the buyer has made an error, sometimes the customer has made an error and sometimes we just plain get stuck with certain items.

That is what this page is all about. Below are listed some items that we would truly love to move. All of the items are quality products with pricing well below cost. If you are interested in any of the items, just call or e-mail us with the item number and we will see if it is still available and arrange for you to have the item. There is no guarantee implied that the item is still available and there will be no rain checks. These items are for sale "as is".

I-Joist:
We have recently taken on the TJI I-Level brand of I-Joist. Therefore we are no longer handling the Roseburg brand. We have some 11 7/8", 14" and 16" joist of varying lengths that we would like to move. If you have an interest in some of these, please let us know your needs and we will check our remaining stock and quote you a price. There are not a lot of any one length available, so you may need to be flexible.

Composite Decking: We currently have an overstock of CorrectDeck CX and Trex. Most lengths are 16's and 20's. Colors are Gray, Brown and Red. Some balusters are available also. Please contact us for your needs and some bargains!

Window Units:
We have a limited supply of old style Caradco double hung and casement screens and grilles. We also have a few odds and ends windows, half rounds and wood doors. Please call Vic for details.
